Archbishop Byrnes has said that people need instruction in prayer because it’s not natural… it’s supernatural.
One kind of prayer that many folks do find to be super helpful and accessible is keeping a prayer journal. Come learn more about it at the Cathedral on two consecutive Monday evenings this Lent. The 2 evenings are a short series; attendance at both is recommended.
