A local business owner watching a livestream Mass while recovering from surgery heard Father J.J. mentioning the important Coffee Hour tradition we have here and our current lack of funds to support it. She gave us the funds for the rest of this year! Praise the Lord.
So now we need teams of folks to lead Coffee Hours. Each team will still be responsible for the planning, shopping within the budget, meal prep, decor, service, and complete clean up, but we can now reimburse the costs. Deacon Chris will facilitate your helpfulness.
Not every single Sunday is available for Coffee Hour, but many are. Keep in mind that you may need to attend an evening Mass elsewhere that weekend in order to host a well-organized event.
When your team is ready, sign up to claim your spot right here using Sign Up Genius. Please remember to use the SAVE button at the bottom of the Sign Up; you should receive a confirmation email right away.
